Nume, Cabernet Sauvignon with the addition of a low percentage of Cabernet Franc, shows an unmistakable personality, expressing all that is unique in this traditional wine-growing land on Mt. Etna. Elegant, intense and very well balanced, surprising from the first olfactory approach; scent of wild berries, of blackberry and blackcurrant in particular, which blend well with diverse hints of chocolate and tobacco, without ever losing the intense smell of herbs making the wine exclusive and refined. Soft on the palate, wide, round taste, well supported by dense tannins, with a final ripe red-fruit aftertaste.
